Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Seminole Office Solutions, Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving sales revenue through the sale of business technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect new clients through cold and warm lead generation, presenting and selling business technology solutions.
- Drive sales revenue and market share by managing a defined territory to achieve quota.
- Understand client needs and align products and services to business opportunities.
- Develop strong client relationships and deliver high levels of client care.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, product demonstrations, coordinate terms of sale, and provide client training.
- Generate and qualify leads daily, manage a pipeline of prospects, and update CRM with notes, tasks, and secured opportunities.
- Conduct professional meetings and presentations, drop in to offices with marketing collateral, and ensure excellent communication with team and clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share strategies and ensure company culture extends to prospects and clients.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Experience in a B2B sales environment or Bachelor's Degree.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve quotas.
- Strong client-facing skills with effective consultative selling to executives and decision-makers.
- Fearless cold calling, prospecting, and strong business acumen in achieving sales quotas and closing sales.
- Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and proven ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Process-focused, detail-oriented, and efficiency-driven.
- Resourceful, creative, and works well within a small team.
- Views objections as exciting challenges.
