About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Account Executive to join our team in Santa Maria/Barbara, CA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with restaurant owners and operators in your assigned territory, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new restaurant leads, and develop a sales strategy to convert them into customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each restaurant
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage sales activities, track progress, and analyze results
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, restaurant operations, or a related field
  • Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Self-motivated, creative, and flexible
  • General technical proficiency with software
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
