POSITION SUMMARY
Your primary responsibility will be to manage group employee benefits, individual health insurance, and Medicare supplement plans. This role involves client education, administrative tasks, and delivering exceptional service. You will need to effectively prioritize your workload, balancing urgent requests with ongoing projects. Collaboration with the Employee Benefits Advisor is essential to ensure clear communication and successful execution of tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond promptly to client service requests, utilizing established processes and templates for efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and adherence to organizational protocols.
- Develop expertise in the following areas:
- Individual Family Plans
- Small Group Employee Benefits Packages
- Senior Medicare Supplements and Advantage Plans
- Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA), and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
- Retirement Plans

QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma required.
- Insurance License or the ability to obtain one.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Health Insurance or Human Resources.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This role is primarily sedentary and involves frequent computer use. Flexibility in work hours is available, but a commitment to a full-time schedule is necessary.
