Job Title: Director, Growth

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic growth plans to drive business expansion and revenue growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies that align with our organizational goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance metrics to inform growth strategies and optimize business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience managing direct reports.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and minimum 10 years of experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations, or a directly related field.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Services Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 6 years of experience implementing large or complex projects or programs, including designing and evaluating for scale based on the size of implementation.
  • 5 years of experience in business analysis.
  • 4 years of facilitating meetings with work teams or management.
  • 4 years of healthcare experience.
  • 4 years of experience delivering presentations to executive management.
  • 4 years of experience working in a matrixed organization.
  • 4 years of business case experience.
  • 4 years of project management experience.
  • 4 years of data analytics experience.
  • 7 years of experience consulting in a strategic capacity on highly complex or highly visible projects, programs, or initiatives.
  • 7 years of experience conducting Return on Investment (ROI) analysis and quantifying value of business initiatives.
  • 6 years of experience developing and delivering executive communications.
  • 4 years of finance experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Health Services Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 years of experience implementing large or complex projects or programs, including designing and evaluating for scale based on the size of implementation.
  • 5 years of experience in business analysis.

Work Environment:

General office environment: Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking for up to 25% of the time. The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
