Job Title: Principal Acquisition Program Engineer

Location: Eglin AFB, FL (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess the armament programs portfolio, providing evaluations and alternative recommendations
  • Design and execute system-level testing to verify that performance aligns with established specifications
  • Develop technical documentation that outlines system characteristics
  • Deliver engineering support and technical training for systems and programs
  • Analyze and assess significant engineering weapon systems
  • Conduct trade studies focused on engineering performance and cost efficiency
  • Offer proposal analysis and technical recommendation support services
  • Examine system concepts and user requirements
  • Provide expertise in electro-technology systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of experience
  • Master's degree in Engineering with at least 3 years of experience is preferred
  • Proficient in A+ and SysML
  • Familiarity with MSBE and programming languages is desirable

Security Clearance: Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
