Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of armament program portfolios to assess and suggest alternative strategies, enhance systems engineering processes, maintain program technical baselines, and execute system-level tests to ensure compliance with established specifications.
  • Prepare detailed management reports and deliver technical presentations for planning, execution, and corrective measures utilizing engineering principles; validate systems through the development of criteria and procedures.
  • Analyze outcomes of significant engineering weapon systems.
  • Offer system and program engineering support, technical assistance, and training for various initiatives, including acquisition, development, integration, and operational oversight, while ensuring adherence to Air Force Systems Engineering Assessment Model (AF SEAM) protocols.
  • Facilitate formal trade studies based on engineering performance metrics, cost-effectiveness, reliability, and schedule; provide technical recommendations through reviews, studies, and evaluations.
  • Support proposal analysis by comparing and assessing proposed systems and components for technical feasibility and compatibility; assist in requirements analysis by reviewing and evaluating essential documents.
  • Examine and interpret system concepts and user requirements that have been integrated into a system requirements baseline.
  • Deliver expertise in the design, development, and testing of electro-technology systems, encompassing a range of applications from analog and digital circuits to advanced signal processing techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of experience
    • Master's degree in Engineering with 3 years of experience preferred
  • Proficient in A+, SysML
    • Familiarity with MSBE and programming languages is a plus

Security Clearance: Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
