Job Title: Principal Acquisition Program Engineer

Location: Eglin AFB, FL (On-Site)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and assess the armament programs portfolio, providing evaluations and suggesting alternative strategies.
  • Design and execute system-level tests to verify that performance aligns with established specifications.
  • Develop technical documentation that outlines system characteristics and requirements.
  • Deliver engineering support and technical training for various systems and programs.
  • Analyze and assess significant engineering weapon systems.
  • Conduct trade studies focused on engineering performance and cost efficiency.
  • Provide analytical support for proposals and technical recommendations.
  • Examine system concepts and user requirements to ensure alignment with objectives.
  • Offer expertise in electro-technology systems.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • A Master's degree in Engineering with at least 3 years of experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in A+ and SysML methodologies.
  • Familiarity with MSBE and various programming languages is advantageous.

Security Clearance: Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
