SERVPRO - Fort Collins is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Commercial Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new commercial relationships, executing the sales cycle, and maintaining assigned contact lists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quota by generating new commercial relationships and executing the sales cycle
  • Complete Emergency Ready Profiles (ERPs) and discuss benefits of emergency event preparation
  • Conduct objective-to-objective daily marketing contacts and build customer relationships
  • Provide owners and marketing managers with one-on-one meetings to encourage SERVPRO referrals
  • Increase sales territory revenue by consistently achieving sales territory goals
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years sales experience
  • Experience in the Commercial Cleaning, General Construction and Restoration or Insurance industry is strongly encouraged
  • Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong business and financial background and process-and-results-driven attitude
  • Territorial Sales and Commercial Account experience
  • Bachelors degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience preferred
