Job Title: Administrative Assistant

At Patrick Motor Group, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greets visitors and directs them to the correct department
  • Assists with general customer service and daily transactions
  • Answers and directs phone calls
  • Works closely with the service advisors
  • Tracks Ups for the sales department
  • Processes payments and writes receipts
  • Enters customers into VinSolutions for sales
  • Communicates with advisors on payment discrepancies
Requirements:
  • No prior experience necessary; we provide training
  • Intermediate computer and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent math skills
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English
Physical Demands:

This role requires the ability to sit for long periods, use hands to handle objects, and repeat movements for extended periods. Occasional lifting of boxes up to 30 lbs and mobility are necessary.
