Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general office support, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and planning meetings.
  • Assist the Credit Manager with daily tasks, including gathering and verifying invoices, managing relationships with vendors, and maintaining an organized filing system.
  • Support the billing department with daily invoice processing, monitoring and collecting accounts receivable, and preparing monthly statements of accounts.
  • Perform daily cash management duties, including recording bank deposits and updating cash applications.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or administrative training preferred.
  • Previous experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable or a similar position.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects.
