Job Summary

Xpedient Logistics is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing clerical tasks, coordinating shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Entry and Management: Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating inventory records, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Assist with coordinating shipments, tracking orders, and verifying incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Filing and Record-Keeping: Manage filing systems for warehouse documents, including invoices, packing slips, and purchase orders, and maintain accurate and organized records.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries related to warehouse operations and provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy to ensure that inventory levels are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate order processing and timely deliveries, and work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform basic office tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably within a warehouse environment.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS) is a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Work Environment

Xpedient Logistics is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We offer a part-time schedule, typically 20-25 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling may be required. Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
