We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Millwork Administrative Technician to join our team at Boise Cascade. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our inside sales team and ensure the smooth operation of our millwork department.
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the inside sales team, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Coordinate and organize data, information, and activities for the functional area and cross-functional areas.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, and ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Respond to internal and external customer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage distribution group email, handle back orders, and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with inside sales and production teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, or two years of equivalent work experience.
- Office environment with minimal physical exertion.
- Preferred qualifications: three or more years of experience in a related job function, technical certification, or associate's degree.
