**Job Summary**

We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to work in the Hi-Line Engineering group located in Auburn, AL approximately 20 hours per week. This position will be responsible for various administrative duties, including compiling technical reports, preparing advertising flyers, assembling seminar materials, and updating student records.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Compile technical reports and proofread technical writing
* Prepare advertising flyers using multiple programs, including Word, Adobe Acrobat, and graphics editing software
* Assemble seminar materials and ship them to seminar locations
* Update and maintain student records using Microsoft Access
* Order and organize office and field supplies
* Interact with clients and Hi-Line's field employees
* Perform general secretarial duties, including answering phones, typing correspondence, proofreading, and filing

**Requirements**

* Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
* Excellent communication skills
* Quick learner with ability to work independently
* High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
* Must pass a background check, including driving records
