About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team at Bedi Dental Group. As a key member of our dental practice, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our treatment planning process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present treatment plans to patients and collect co-payments
  • Manage and coordinate patient schedules
  • Verify insurance coverage and benefits
  • Communicate with patients to reactivate treatment plans and recall appointments
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
  • 1-3+ years of experience in a dental setting
  • Prior experience with Eaglesoft software is preferred
  • Excellent computer and math skills
