Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Provide administrative support to the executive director, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Facilities Management: Ensure the facility remains safe, secure, and well-maintained, including monitoring the premises and coordinating maintenance tasks.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with plant construction project team and suppliers, including coordinating logistics and ensuring timely completion.
  • Support to Other Departments: Provide administrative support to Compliance, Finance, Accounting, Business Technology, Human Resources, and external vendors, including preparing expense reports and supporting events.
  • Visitor Services: Greet visitors to the corporate office, direct them to the appropriate personnel, and provide information as needed.
  • Confidentiality: Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential and maintaining a working knowledge of corporate standards for business conduct and federal antitrust laws.
Requirements
  • Microsoft Office: 5 years of experience (Preferred)
  • Administrative Experience: 5 years of experience (Preferred)
  • Language: Bilingual English/Korean (Preferred)
