At Patrick Motor Group, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greets visitors and directs them to the correct department
  • Assists with daily transactions and provides excellent customer service
  • Answers and directs phone calls
  • Works closely with the service advisors to ensure seamless communication
  • Tracks Ups for the sales department and processes payments
  • Communicates with advisors on any discrepancies in regard to payments
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the General Manager
Requirements:
  • No prior experience necessary; we provide training
  • Intermediate computer and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent math skills
  • Ability to read, write, understand, and speak English
Physical Demands:

The successful candidate must be able to sit for long periods of time, use their hands to handle objects, and repeat the same movements for extended periods. Occasional lifting of boxes up to 30 lbs and mobility may be required.
