Job Description

Position: Adhesive Application Specialist

Location: Anoka, MN

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Compensation: $18-$22 DOE

Overview: The Adhesive Application Specialist is responsible for the precise application of adhesives and epoxy to circuit boards, ensuring the highest standards of performance and reliability in electronic assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize precision tools such as syringes and dispensers to apply adhesives and epoxy to circuit boards.
  • Ensure uniform and consistent application to mitigate defects.
  • Prepare surfaces for adhesion by thoroughly cleaning and removing any contaminants.
  • Monitor the curing and bonding processes to ensure optimal results.
  • Conduct visual and mechanical inspections of circuit boards to confirm the quality of adhesion.
  • Maintain accurate daily job time records using computer systems or timesheets.
  • Adhere to the Company Quality Management System and engage in ongoing training and development.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED, or 3-6 months of relevant work experience.
  • Experience in applying adhesives and epoxy within a manufacturing or electronic setting is preferred.
