Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales and Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating business, and developing technical and application knowledge of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently
  • Business Development
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and prospects
    • Identify and recommend product solutions to meet customer needs
  • Product Knowledge
    • Develop and maintain technical and application knowledge of our products
    • Provide product training and support to customers and dealers

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    • 3+ years of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the construction industry
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
