Key Responsibilities:

The Patient Intake team plays a crucial role in welcoming patients to our facility. Responsibilities include:

  • Confirming and registering patients accurately and efficiently.
  • Verifying insurance details and demographic information.
  • Maintaining patient accounts and addressing financial arrangements for self-pay balances prior to and during appointments.
  • Responding to patient inquiries and facilitating their concerns.
  • Scheduling appointments with the appropriate clinicians while adhering to established guidelines.

Qualifications:
