We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our team at nVent. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving process excellence and lean manufacturing initiatives across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the application of lean principles and methods to achieve business objectives, including the development and implementation of process improvements and the elimination of waste.
  • Facilitate kaizen events, including planning, coordination, and follow-up to ensure successful implementation of improvements.
  • Develop and maintain standard work, value stream mapping, and other required documents for assigned processes.
  • Collaborate with nVent leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop action plans to achieve enterprise goals.
  • Coach and teach lean methodologies to support the development of a lean culture within the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in process improvement, preferably in a lean manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of process improvement concepts and methods, as well as the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
