Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated part-time Education Support Specialists to join our team, focusing on early childhood development in various educational settings.


Position Details:
This role offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to work in early childhood education centers, preschools, and daycare facilities.


Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Lead Educator to implement educational activities and lesson plans.
- Manage classroom dynamics and ensure a nurturing environment for all children.
- Engage actively with children, supporting their growth and learning throughout the day.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage ranging from $17 to $22, with weekly pay.


Work Schedule:
No weekend shifts required. Workdays will vary based on your availability, with hours typically between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM or 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM.

Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree or higher in a relevant field
- Pediatric First Aid & CPR certification
- Minimum of one year of experience in a childcare setting as a Teacher Aide
- Must possess professional proficiency in English and have US Work Authorization.


Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Over one year of experience as a Teacher Assistant
- Training in daycare safety protocols (SUID/SIDS, AHT, etc.)
- Familiarity with classroom management expectations.
