Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and advocate for the effective use of the ERP system
  • Educate and assist users in optimizing their use of Epicor
  • Document and outline use case scenarios for Epicor and associated software
  • Oversee the administration of the Epicor ERP application, including process management and support
  • Customize user interfaces, BPM, BAQ, and modifications within Epicor
  • Plan and set up Kinetic, QuickShip, and Rest API integrations
  • Develop and maintain SQL Server Reports (SSRS)
  • Exhibit proficiency in MS SQL Server and TSQL queries
  • Collaborate with users to create dashboards, reports, and procedural documentation
  • Efficiently manage personal projects and tasks
  • Propose systematic enhancements within the technology department
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with administering an Epicor ERP 10 system
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related discipline is preferred
  • Proficiency in programming with C# and/or .Net is essential
  • Hands-on experience with Epicor ERP (version 10.2 or newer) and Microsoft SQL Server
  • Familiarity with web development languages and tools is desirable
  • Capability to manage new application installations
