  • Adjusts and calibrates components to ensure control systems meet operational specifications.
  • Collaborates closely with engineers and mechanics during the installation of new machinery and modifications to existing equipment.
  • Employs specialized testing equipment to evaluate circuitry and components.
  • Interprets complex drawings, diagrams, and specifications related to electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
  • Designs and constructs electrical circuits for specific applications.
  • Installs and programs logic devices as required.
  • Engages with vendors and machinery manufacturers.
  • Works collaboratively with colleagues, demonstrating openness, responsiveness, and support for team success.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of trade school or a degree in a mechanical or electrical field with a focus on CNC machinery is required.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in a similar position is essential.
  • Proficient communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are necessary.
  • Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Competency in reading, writing, and verbal communication is expected.
  • Strong arithmetic skills, including algebra and trigonometry, are preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude and deductive reasoning abilities are required.
  • Physical demands include frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds.
  • Ability to reach with hands and arms is necessary.
  • Moderate noise levels are expected, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles.
