Reception Coordinator

Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Reception Coordinator to manage the front desk operations. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organized and tidy reception area.
- Manage the distribution of mail and deliveries efficiently.
- Support various administrative tasks as required.
- Assist in dining room services for residents when necessary.
- Ensure office security by adhering to safety protocols and managing access at the reception.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience in a receptionist or similar capacity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Exhibit a professional appearance and demeanor.
