Key Responsibilities:

  • Record Management:
    • Maintain and update intricate data sets and reports.
    • Ensure the accuracy of data and uphold meticulous records.
  • Resource Coordination:
    • Develop and oversee materials that support inspection programs.
  • Inventory Oversight:
    • Manage office supply inventory and ensure timely procurement.
  • Database Management:
    • Handle data entry, analyze information, and assist in generating reports.
  • Mail and Reception Services:
    • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain the reception area.
  • Technical Support:
    • Provide assistance with software and hardware issues.
  • Additional Duties:

Qualifications:
