- Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a receptionist role or a customer service position is preferred.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational capabilities with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A courteous and professional demeanor with a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from $30,000 to $39,000 annually.
