Office Coordinator

The Front Desk Administrator at Web Craft Stylers is the initial point of interaction for clients and visitors. This role is essential in managing reception duties, delivering outstanding customer service, and assisting the administrative team with various office responsibilities. The successful candidate will exhibit professionalism, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet clients, visitors, and staff with a courteous and professional attitude.
- Handle incoming phone calls, directing them to the relevant department or personnel.
- Maintain an organized and presentable front desk area.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and preparing packages.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing conference room reservations.
- Provide general information and address inquiries from clients and visitors.
- Support administrative functions such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document scanning.
- Order and maintain office supplies as necessary.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are advantageous.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or front office role is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
