Account Executive/Broker III

Aon is seeking a skilled Account Executive/Broker III to join our Private Risk Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative and effective solutions to our high-net worth clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of high-net worth personal insurance clients with complex insurance needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and referral sources.
- Design and implement customized personal risk management strategies for affluent clients and families.
- Lead a team to address client risk needs and retain and grow a profitable book of business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.
- Active Property & Casualty License required.
- 5-10 years of client service experience in personal lines insurance and risk management.
- Solid negotiation skills and proven technical proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of the insurance business and assigned clients' needs.
- Proficiency in PC office products and carrier management platforms.
