About the Role

Aon is seeking a skilled Account Executive/Broker III to join our Private Risk Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering innovative and effective solutions to our high-net worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of high-net worth personal insurance clients with complex insurance needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and referral sources.
  • Design and implement customized personal risk management strategies for affluent clients and families.
  • Lead a team to address client risk needs and retain and grow a profitable book of business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements
  • Active Property & Casualty License required.
  • 5-10 years of client service experience in personal lines insurance and risk management.
  • Solid negotiation skills and proven technical proficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of the insurance business and assigned clients' needs.
  • Proficiency in PC office products and carrier management platforms.
