Marsh is seeking a highly skilled Account Representative to join our team in Seattle or Portland. As a key member of our account team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to deliver outstanding client service and support.
  • Oversee the review and follow-up of client information, including endorsements, policy issuance, and renewals.
  • Ensure the success of the renewal cycle by gathering information, tracking quotes, and ensuring documents are issued correctly and on time.
  • Strengthen and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and internal teams to provide best-in-class service and drive growth and retention.
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests, and solicit assistance from Account Executives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Must obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) License within three months after start date.
  • MS Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
