At Modernize Home Services, we're dedicated to simplifying home improvement by inspiring motivated homeowners and connecting them with qualified contractors. We're seeking a talented Account Manager to join our team and drive success for our customers within our rapidly growing business.

In this role, you'll collaborate with internal teams to deliver and optimize our services for a portfolio of 30-40 active customers and manage new customers as they're signed by our sales team. Your expertise in digital marketing and lead generation solutions will help customers achieve their goals and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic account plans that drive satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value for clients.
  • Present optimized campaign solutions to customers, from Directors to C-level executives, owner operators.
  • Network within our account base to provide key recommendations, testimonials, and case studies to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of account management experience with the capacity to upsell and cross-sell
  • Strong data analysis with experience using business intelligence tools like Tableau preferred.
  • Intermediate/strong Excel and Salesforce skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

We estimate the salary range for this position to be $52,000 USD to $75,000 USD annually. This role is eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units.
