We're seeking an exceptional Senior Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success department, you'll be responsible for driving customer success, leading renewals, and identifying new software and services opportunities within our assigned client base.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client-facing environments, with strong technical understanding, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills. You'll be confident, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results.
