Senior Customer Success Manager

As a key member of the Revenue Operations team, the Senior Customer Success Manager will be responsible for driving operational efficiency and process optimization across the Customer Success function.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of metrics, KPIs, and customer health scores, as well as the ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining robust data models, dashboards, and reporting to track key customer metrics, leveraging customer data to provide actionable insights, and partnering with Data/BI teams to ensure accurate data flow and visibility across systems.
A competitive salary of $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on location and experience, is offered for this position.
