We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as an Enterprise Solutions Specialist. As a key member of our Enterprise Solutions team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical guidance and support to our customers. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective strategies for customer success, leveraging your expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation solutions to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of VMware Cloud Foundation solutions and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective strategies for customer success.
  • Provide expert technical guidance and support to customers, helping them to overcome technical challenges and achieve their business objectives.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their technical goals and develop customized solutions to meet their needs.
  • Contribute to the development of new solution offerings and services, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but relevant years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 12 years of related experience required.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality technical guidance and support to customers.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise-level virtualization and ability to map VMware Cloud Foundation solutions to customer requirements.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary range: $103,000 - $164,000 per year.
  • An estimated annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents.
  • Equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
  • A comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(K) participation, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), Employee Assistance Program (EAP), paid holidays, sick leave, and vacation time.
