Lead Account Executive

The Senior Account Executive is a pivotal sales role focused on promoting our flooring solutions to both new and established clients within a specified region.
This individual will collaborate with the sales team to spearhead the formulation and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business prospects within a designated area.
- Enhance and nurture relationships with current customers.
- Establish and maintain a robust sales pipeline to optimize business potential.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients while fostering connections with key decision-makers.
- Utilize our CRM system to manage and monitor sales activities effectively.
- Participate in industry events to uncover new business opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design effective sales campaigns and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally within the commercial flooring sector.
- Strong knowledge of commercial flooring products and services.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $75K-$125K
- On-target earnings: $125K-$250K
