Position Overview:

The Senior Account Executive is a pivotal sales role focused on promoting our flooring solutions to both new and established clients within a specified region.

This individual will collaborate with the sales team to spearhead the formulation and implementation of sales strategies and plans.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and cultivate new business prospects within a designated area.
  • Enhance and nurture relationships with current customers.
  • Establish and maintain a robust sales pipeline to optimize business potential.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients while fostering connections with key decision-makers.
  • Utilize our CRM system to manage and monitor sales activities effectively.
  • Participate in industry events to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design effective sales campaigns and strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally within the commercial flooring sector.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial flooring products and services.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary range: $75K-$125K
  • On-target earnings: $125K-$250K
