We are in search of a seasoned sales expert to drive growth in our industrial market while enhancing our exceptional service offerings.
Role Summary:
The Senior Account Executive will focus on managing key accounts within our Industrial division, playing a crucial role in driving business expansion across our full spectrum of products and services. This position requires collaboration with Product Managers, Engineering Specialists, and vendor partners to establish EECO as the premier provider for our clients through fact-based, value-oriented solutions tailored to meet their specific business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of solutions that address client needs, from initial discovery to proposal presentation.
- Create sales strategies that align with corporate objectives.
- Build and maintain professional relationships within assigned client accounts.
- Coordinate the engagement of other company personnel to achieve account performance goals and meet client expectations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is preferred, though equivalent experience in Electrical or Industrial/Manufacturing fields will be considered.
- Experience in B2B sales within industrial markets is essential.
- Technical knowledge of a wide range of industrial electrical components and systems is preferred.
- Ability to operate in an industrial setting, including outdoor and non-climate-controlled environments.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
