We are in search of a seasoned sales expert to drive growth in our industrial market as we broaden our distinctive offerings. This role focuses on identifying new prospects while ensuring exceptional support and service to our current clients in the Greensboro area.

Role Summary:

The Senior Account Executive is primarily tasked with managing accounts linked to our Industrial division and is accountable for business expansion across our complete range of products and services. This position necessitates collaboration with our Product Managers, Engineering Specialists, and vendor partners to establish EECO as the premier source for our clients through fact-based, value-oriented solutions tailored to meet their business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directs solution development initiatives addressing client needs from initial inquiry to proposal submission.
  • Formulates sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Builds and nurtures professional relationships within assigned client accounts.
  • Coordinates the engagement of other company personnel to achieve account performance goals and meet client expectations.
  • Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is preferred, though equivalent experience in Electrical or Industrial/Manufacturing sectors will be considered.
  • Experience in B2B sales within industrial markets is essential.
  • Technical knowledge of a wide array of industrial electrical components and systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to operate in an industrial setting, including outdoor and non-climate-controlled environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
