We are currently in search of a dynamic and results-driven commercial leader to cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with clients while spearheading high-impact commercial transactions. This role involves close collaboration with TAT Group sales managers to drive sales growth, working in tandem with the Customer Service team to foster relationships and uncover new opportunities.

This role presents a distinctive chance to influence growth and success within TAT Technologies' aerospace sales division, playing a vital part in the company's strategic expansion and sustained market leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of TAT Technologies operations to become a pivotal leader.
  • Evaluate current processes and recommend enhancements for TAT Trading.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to achieve a revenue target of $25M.
  • Oversee and expand the Lease/Exchange Pool of APUs, ensuring top-tier service to global clients.
  • Formulate Lease and Exchange Agreements.
  • Drive the growth of key accounts and specific product lines.
  • Implement sales strategies to meet customer needs and service expectations.
  • Manage the sales pursuit process, ensuring timely closure of deals with optimal value.
  • Maintain an organized database of accounts and sales activities, providing management with regular updates.

Qualifications

Essential

  • At least 2 years of experience in an aerospace commercial role or MRO aftermarket sales.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple sales initiatives under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective across diverse cultures.
  • Strong business and financial acumen for crafting complex commercial proposals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM tools for sales management.
  • Adept at navigating challenges and resolving issues in ambiguous situations.
  • Commitment to fostering a compliant, diverse, and inclusive workplace.
  • Robust financial analytical skills.

Desirable

  • Experience managing multiple accounts in a global context.
  • Previous experience with airlines in commercial, technical, or supply chain roles.
  • Background in aviation MRO sales.
