Position Overview:
The Senior Account Executive plays a pivotal role in driving sales initiatives and fostering relationships with both new and existing clients within their designated territory. This position requires a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through targeted prospecting efforts.
- Enhance and maintain relationships with current customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to optimize revenue potential.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, establishing rapport with key decision-makers.
- Utilize our CRM system to monitor and track sales activities effectively.
- Participate in industry-related events to uncover new business prospects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create impactful sales campaigns and strategies.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally within the commercial flooring industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of commercial flooring products and services.
- Proven ability to devise and implement effective sales strategies.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range: $75K-$125K
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $125K-$250K
