Position Overview:

The Senior Account Executive is a pivotal sales role tasked with promoting our flooring solutions to both new and established clients within their designated region.

This individual will collaborate with the sales team to formulate and implement effective sales strategies and plans.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and cultivate new business prospects within a specified territory.
  • Enhance and nurture relationships with current customers.
  • Establish and maintain a robust sales pipeline to optimize business potential.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, fostering relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Utilize our CRM system to manage and monitor sales activities.
  • Participate in industry events to uncover new business avenues.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to devise impactful sales campaigns and strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally within the commercial flooring sector.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of commercial flooring products and services.
  • Proven ability to create and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Compensation:

Salary range: $75K-$125K
OTE: $125K-$250K
