Position Summary:
The Senior Account Executive is a pivotal role within our sales team, focusing on the promotion and sale of our flooring solutions to both new and existing clientele within a designated region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business prospects within the assigned territory.
- Enhance and maintain relationships with current customers.
- Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline to optimize opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients and engage with key decision-makers.
- Utilize our CRM system to monitor and manage sales activities.
- Participate in industry events to uncover new business avenues.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design effective sales campaigns and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, ideally within the commercial flooring domain.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial flooring products and services.
- Proven ability to formulate and implement effective sales strategies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to work autonomously and manage multiple initiatives.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $75K-$125K
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $125K-$250K
