Position Summary: As a Commercial Lines Account Executive or Client Relationship Manager within our innovative insurance organization, you will serve as the primary contact for Producer assigned accounts. This position encompasses both service and sales responsibilities. You will oversee a mid-market portfolio and lead a dedicated service team, ensuring exceptional client management and fostering business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently oversee client services and sustain relationships with minimal guidance from Producers.
  • Lead a service team to effectively manage a mid-market portfolio.
  • Engage in interviews and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Evaluate and present renewal options to clients, securing renewal business and additional coverage lines.
  • Advocate for various services provided by our agency through customized Producer Service Proposals.
  • Deliver expert analysis and recommendations regarding clients' current coverage plans.
  • Select carriers for solicitation, negotiating favorable terms and premiums.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries, including benefits and claims matters.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of client coverage contracts and amendments.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with third-party vendors on behalf of clients.
  • Oversee and support a dedicated service team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in the insurance sector.
  • Professional designations such as CIC, CISR, CSRM, AAI are advantageous.
Skills:
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management capabilities.
  • Collaborative team-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in planning, organization, and prioritization.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, AMS360 or Applied TAM/EPIC.
Salary Context: The national average salary for similar positions ranges from $75,000 to $95,000, excluding bonuses or benefits. The offered base salary will be determined based on experience, skills, certifications, education, and in consideration of internal equity and market data.
