Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing requests for quotes, processing orders, and providing product information and assistance
- Conducting telemarketing and prospecting initiatives
- Coordinating order deliveries in collaboration with operations teams
- Effectively supporting the Outside Sales team
- Ensuring adherence to pricing policies and customer financial services
What We Seek:
- Previous experience in customer service and sales positions
- Experience in the construction or building materials sector is advantageous
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to absorb and retain product knowledge
