Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Managing requests for quotes, processing orders, and providing product information and assistance
  • Conducting telemarketing and prospecting initiatives
  • Coordinating order deliveries in collaboration with operations teams
  • Effectively supporting the Outside Sales team
  • Ensuring adherence to pricing policies and customer financial services

What We Seek:

  • Previous experience in customer service and sales positions
  • Experience in the construction or building materials sector is advantageous
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to absorb and retain product knowledge
