Position Overview:
We are currently looking for a dedicated individual who embodies our commitment to going the extra mile to fill the role of Sales Executive for Industrial Solutions. This position focuses on prospecting and developing new business in the Forklift Tire sector, particularly within the Material Handling industry.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Executive, your daily tasks will include:
1. Developing and executing a personalized sales strategy using the Integrity Selling System to secure new Industrial tire accounts and achieve set sales targets.
2. Identifying and qualifying potential Material Handling customers for Snider Fleet Solutions.
3. Scheduling meetings to assess customer needs and propose suitable Snider solutions.
4. Crafting tailored proposals that align with customer requirements and presenting them effectively.
5. Collaborating with management to determine inventory needs for new clients.
6. Negotiating terms and pricing to meet customer expectations and budget constraints.
7. Utilizing Customer Relations Management Software (CRM) to track sales activities.
8. Overseeing the implementation of customer solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
9. Conducting quarterly fleet assessments and managing client account analyses.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in outside sales.
- Minimum of 2 years in the Material Handling sector.
- Proven success in developing new accounts and understanding the sales cycle.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Capability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Valid Class C Driver's License or equivalent, with insurability per company standards.
