Position Summary:

The Bilingual Sales Executive plays a crucial role in establishing and nurturing client relationships. This position allows you to leverage your B2B sales acumen by crafting strategies to enhance an existing portfolio while also engaging in cold outreach to expand it. Successful candidates are effective communicators, strategic planners, and motivated by meeting sales objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive sales visits to both new and existing clients – showcasing and demonstrating new offerings, explaining promotional opportunities, and identifying stocking needs.
  • Collaborate with store and operations teams to enhance service quality and address client concerns.
  • Acquire new accounts, boost sales, and fulfill individual sales growth targets.
  • Implement and advocate for the company's sales initiatives.
  • Arrange client meetings while accommodating their schedules.
  • Achieve a minimum of 15 in-person sales meetings daily.
  • Thoroughly document all sales interactions in our leading CRM system during or immediately following each visit.
  • Assess the frequency of client interactions and establish a consistent appointment schedule.
  • Participate in meetings, conferences, and industry events as required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance.
  • Must possess a vehicle.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

This role typically involves driving with frequent stops and utilizing a tablet for reporting. To fulfill the responsibilities of this position, the employee must maintain a clean driving record.
