Our organization is currently seeking a Commercial and Industrial Account Executive.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Overview:
In the capacity of an Account Executive within our Commercial and Industrial sales sector, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the comprehensive sales and marketing initiatives, driving profitable expansion within the Commercial and Industrial service sector. This role will involve regular direct interactions with clients, employing a consultative sales strategy to ensure customer satisfaction and address their needs effectively.
Upon completion of the training program, you will inherit a robust customer portfolio. Additionally, you will identify sales opportunities and proactively engage in activities that maximize potential and profitability within the Commercial and Industrial market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sustain existing client relationships while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
• Play a significant role in business development and profitable growth by implementing effective sales strategies.
• Ensure all relevant data is accurately recorded and maintained in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to design and manage systems and processes that support ongoing sales and margin enhancement across the division.
• Keep abreast of product, technical, and application knowledge to maintain a competitive edge.
• Responsively adapt to evolving market conditions to contribute to long-term sustainability.
• Proactively develop and propose solutions to address business challenges, emerging trends, and opportunities.
• Execute responsibilities with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to diversity, safety, and equitable treatment of all employees.
• Foster open and transparent communication within the department and across all levels of the organization, while regularly updating the company on relevant matters.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience:
• A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Distribution, Business, or a related discipline from an accredited institution is essential.
• Preference may be given to candidates with an advanced degree from a recognized university.
• Candidates with a minimum of 2 years of successful experience in selling products to industrial clients may be prioritized.
Additional Skills:
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex technical solutions in a clear and meaningful manner.
• Capacity to effectively utilize the skills and knowledge within Brenntag Lubricants to enhance customer service and drive ongoing sales growth.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet organizational objectives.
• Strong time-management capabilities.
• Proficient computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
• Ability to convey enthusiasm and technical knowledge when presenting Brenntag Lubricants products and services.
