Your RoleAs a Senior Account Executive for the General Motors CRM business, you will support General Motors' overall mission to modernize their data and marketing technology infrastructure and enable best-in-class marketing strategies to reach target audiences with precision, and effectively track, report, and optimize each step of the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively collaborate with internal groups to deliver client asks on time.
- Serve as the main client point of contact on assigned projects, including project status reports and timely conference reports.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and other agency partners, representing client interests to the team.
- Partner with, organize, and navigate assignments effectively.
- Initiate, present, and drive to completion value-added projects.
- Participate in the development of client marketing strategy.
- Know when to escalate or deescalate potential problems.
- Issue change orders, communicating and understanding the implications of business strategy on project decisions.
- Set up meetings and provide accurate agendas and precise and actionable meeting notes.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consensus around scoping, project approach, etc.
- Documented, rigorous scope tracking, and scope creep identification.
- Effectively and proactively communicate to clients issues that can result in a scope change.
- Established track record of successfully coordinating client initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 4-7 years industry experience with digital or CRM background.
- Proven ability to express self clearly and organize ideas well.
- Agency experience is a must.
- Experience in developing and/or collaborating with internal teams on client-facing decks and is comfortable with presenting.
- Team player with great time management skills and interpersonal skills.
- Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns.
- Capable of presenting ideas/new opinions with confidence, and connecting dots between multiple functions.
- Ability to think strategically, creatively, and holistically about client opportunities.
- Passion for doing great work.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and technology.
