Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our award-winning Account Leadership team. This role will support General Motors' CRM business, modernizing their data and marketing technology infrastructure and enabling best-in-class marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client asks on time.
  • Act as the main client point of contact, including emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
  • Provide weekly/monthly project status reports and timely conference reports.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and Agency partners, representing client interests.
  • Partner with teams to navigate assignments effectively and initiate value-added projects.
  • Participate in the development of client marketing strategy and identify potential problems.
Requirements
  • Established track record of coordinating client initiatives.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4-7 years industry experience with digital or CRM background.
  • Proven ability to express self clearly and organize ideas well.
  • Agency experience is a must.
  • Experience in developing and/or collaborating on client-facing decks and presenting.
