Account Executive

**About the Role**
The Account Executive is a key member of the Bluum team, responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in assigned territories. This role requires a strong understanding of technology and audio-visual products, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- **Sales Strategy and Execution**
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand existing customer relationships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and relationships to drive growth.
- **Customer Engagement and Relationship Building**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at corporate clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
- **Product Knowledge and Demonstration**
- Stay up-to-date on Bluum's suite of offerings and industry trends, providing expert product knowledge and demonstrations to customers.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to secure new business.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**
- Collect and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
- Prepare and submit sales forecasts, budgets, and progress reports to senior management.
- **Travel and Industry Events**
- Attend industry trade shows and conferences to stay informed on industry trends and network with key stakeholders.
- Travel to customer sites as needed to provide support and build relationships.
Requirements
- **Education and Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the technology or audio-visual industry.
- **Skills and Qualifications**
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of technology and audio-visual products.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
