Job Description

**About the Role**

The Account Executive is a key member of the Bluum team, responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in assigned territories. This role requires a strong understanding of technology and audio-visual products, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Sales Strategy and Execution**
    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand existing customer relationships.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and relationships to drive growth.
  • **Customer Engagement and Relationship Building**
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at corporate clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
  • **Product Knowledge and Demonstration**
    • Stay up-to-date on Bluum's suite of offerings and industry trends, providing expert product knowledge and demonstrations to customers.
    • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to secure new business.
  • **Data Analysis and Reporting**
    • Collect and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
    • Prepare and submit sales forecasts, budgets, and progress reports to senior management.
  • **Travel and Industry Events**
    • Attend industry trade shows and conferences to stay informed on industry trends and network with key stakeholders.
    • Travel to customer sites as needed to provide support and build relationships.

Requirements

  • **Education and Experience**
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
    • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the technology or audio-visual industry.
  • **Skills and Qualifications**
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong understanding of technology and audio-visual products.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
