About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rooms Division Assistant Manager to join our team at our luxury resort in Maui. As a key member of our Front Desk team, you will be responsible for supervising a given shift, directing staff, and ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct Front Desk staff to ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes
- Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and hotel operations data
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in the Front Desk or Guest Services department
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, staff, and management
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
