Customer Service Representative

Compensation: $14.75 per hour + $3,000 Hiring Bonus
Position Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative for Exit Gate Operations, your primary duties will encompass the following:
- Welcome customers and accurately gather necessary rental details by utilizing a handheld device to scan and verify rental agreements, check customer IDs, and confirm vehicle asset tags.
- Offer additional sales options as instructed by management, employing approved sales strategies to communicate rental rates, terms, and conditions, while securing customer signatures.
- Uphold security protocols for the location and company assets to prevent theft; monitor the lot visually; ensure a seamless flow of vehicles exiting through the security gate.
- Assist customers with directions and address any rental contract or vehicle-related concerns.
- Record and release vehicles manually during instances of system outages or unavailability.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential. The role demands the capacity to foster relationships with customers, strong multitasking skills, and the capability to upsell while addressing customer objections. A high degree of ownership, accountability, and initiative is expected.
